Defining the reporting needs for the business users to facilitate business and leverage SAP application usage
Develop programs, data dictionary objects, forms, interfaces and module pools to meet the requirement of business
Develop and support Fiori Apps, Odata services, CDS views, Workflows
Assist SAP basis team in patch applications and version enhancements 2 Manage SAP Process and Functional Development
Manage SAP Functional areas including application interfaces, master data structures, transactional data, implemented functions and components
Analyse third party application interfaces, and integrate into SAP back-office applications
Participate in the development lifecycle of all applicable projects in their assigned SAP functional applications, as needed
Provide Process Technical Support
Provide primary end-user support and resolve issues in a timely manner
Create end user documentation and training curriculum, and work with the necessary stakeholders to conduct end-user training
Manage development inventory and time to time advise on the requirement of the developments
Must be aware of logging tickets / Enhancement Requests and coordinating with SAP support 4
