Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
Assess current vs. future state, including impact and risk analysis.
Identify stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment and buy-in.
Create and implement structured communication plans to support change initiatives.
Design and deliver training, coaching, and support programs to enable adoption.
Identify resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor implementation progress and adjust plans as required.
Establish success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, satisfaction) and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Participate in governance activities, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and reporting.
